Video Coming Soon. One of the services we at True View Home Inspections for our clients is the pre-closing walkthrough. During the service will join our clients for their final walkthrough before going to the closing table, just to make sure that the House is in the condition they expect it to be in prior to closing.

We will do a quick evaluation of the house to make sure that there’s been no significant damage.

We will inspect anything that was a negotiated repair, for example, an electrical repair or roof repair that was negotiated between a buyer and seller.
